New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Meridian Windows and Doors Fort Worth pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Fort Worth Team Behind Meridian Windows and Doors Fort Worth
The crew you’ll see pulling up to your house in Fort Worth isn’t a rotating cast of subcontractors. It’s our crew. Four people, all background-checked, all in uniform, all trained to the same standard. Some of us have been hanging windows in Tarrant County for over a decade, and one of us is learning the trade the right way. What holds us together is simple: the price is on paper before we start, and if it’s not right, we come back. That’s not a sales pitch. It’s just how Elliot runs this place.
Our People
Elliot Vance, Owner
Elliot started in this trade because he likes work you can see at the end of the day. He’s been running window and door installs in the Dallas-Fort Worth market since before Garrison Partners brought the Meridian name to Texas. Elliot signs off on every written price that leaves this office. He’s the one who put the 365-Day Done Right Promise on paper and the one who answers a callback if something goes sideways. When he’s not on a job site, he’s usually at the lumberyard picking through Therma-Tru slabs, looking for one without a warp. Texas heat shows you which ones were dried right.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has hung windows in Fort Worth since 2011. He’s our lead tech and the guy who trains everyone else on flashing and sealing, because that’s where a bad install shows up three years later. He holds manufacturer certifications with PGT and CWS, which matters when you’re installing impact-rated glass on a house off the Chisholm Trail corridor. Marcus keeps a notebook in the truck with sketches of odd jamb details he’s run into around Arlington Heights and Mistletoe Heights. If a window opening isn’t square, one of those sketches probably fixes it. He’ll talk your ear off about low-E coatings if you ask, and he’s the first one to say when a window doesn’t need replacing yet.
Lena R., Senior Installer
Lena’s been on doors for most of her career, and she’s the reason our patio door installs come out level on floors that aren’t. Fort Worth slabs shift, especially in older neighborhoods like Wedgwood and South Hills, and shimming a slider onto a slab that’s settled a half inch means the door actually locks the way it should. She’s trained on Therma-Tru and ViewLux installation and handles the heavy glass units on our PGT and ES Windows projects. Lena keeps the truck stocked and the trailer organized, which sounds small but means we don’t make second trips to the supply house. She’s also the one who’ll make sure the path from your front door to the work area is swept before we leave. Every time.
Drew S., Service Coordinator
Drew is the voice on the phone when you call Meridian Windows and Doors Fort Worth. He’s been answering our lines since we opened the Fort Worth office, and he knows the difference between “the sash is binding” and “the glass is fogged” before anyone even comes out. Drew writes up every estimate, schedules every visit, and makes sure your written price gets to you before the crew arrives. He’s got a running list of every neighborhood in Tarrant County we’ve worked in, from Ryan Place to Fossil Ridge, and he’ll tell you straight what a job might run before we ever roll a truck. If he answers at 2 a.m., it’s because he’s on the schedule to answer at 2 a.m. that’s how the phones work here.
One Standard, Every Job
Every member of this crew, from Marcus’s first measurement to Drew’s final follow-up call, works under the same set of rules. We call it The Garrison Standard, and it’s been in place since 2009. It means the price you approve is the price you pay. It means every installation comes with a written 365-day guarantee, and if something fails in that window, we’re back at no charge. Free second visit, in writing. The standard also covers how we behave on your property: uniformed, background-checked, and respectful of the fact that we’re working on your home, not our job site. Elliot holds every person on this page to that standard, and he’s never bent it for convenience. That’s the whole point of the name. A meridian is a fixed line you measure against. We built our name around that idea, and around here, it’s non-negotiable.
Frequently Asked Questions
You’ll see the same named crew from this page, in uniform and background-checked. Marcus leads most window jobs, Lena runs door installs, and Elliot is on site for final walk-throughs on most projects in Fort Worth. We don’t send unknown subcontractors. If Drew booked your job, he can tell you exactly who’s coming.
Yes. We run every job out of our Fort Worth office and our people live in Tarrant County. Marcus and Lena have been working in Fort Worth neighborhoods for over a decade each, and Drew knows the local streets well enough to give you a straight answer on drive time and scheduling. The Meridian name is part of Garrison Partners, but this office is staffed and run locally.
We handle it end to end: measurements, written price, product order, permit coordination when the city requires it, installation, and cleanup. The same crew that measures your windows is the crew that installs them. That continuity matters, because the measurement is where most window jobs go wrong. Call (682) 708-0962 and Drew will get your estimate scheduled.
